Steve Ballmer, the chief executive officer of Microsoft, announced the worldwide availability of Office 365 today. Office 365 is Microsoft’s next generation productivity service that brings together Office, SharePoint, Exchange, and Lync in an always-up-to-date cloud service. Office 365 was introduced in beta last year and received great reviews with over 200,000 organizations signing up and testing the service.
